Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

1. Eligibility: The Go! Appraisals, Inc. Grand Opening Celebration Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open to residents of the 50 United States and Washington D.C., excluding Arizona, Georgia and New York, who are 18 years or older. Employees, contractors, directors and officers of Go! Appraisals, Inc. and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, fulfillment and promotion agencies (collectively, “Promotion Parties”), and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings) and/or those living in the same households of each are not eligible to win. Void elsewhere and where prohibited or restricted by law or lender. Participants must comply with their company's policy and/or directives regarding participation in industry related promotions and/or prize.

2. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at 12:00:01 p.m. on 6/15/07 PT and ends at 11:59 p.m. on 9/01/07 PT (“Promotional Period”).

3. How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, go to www.goappraisalsinc.com (“Website”) and follow the instructions on how to complete and submit the registration form. Entrants must complete all required fields. Limit one entry per person/email. If you receive a winning message, you are a potential winner of the prize indicated, subject to verification. You are not a winner until your prize claim is validated and you receive official written notification from Go! Appraisals, Inc. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple/different email addresses or identities will void all of that participant’s entries. Entries by automatic, programmed or like methods will be disqualified. All online entrants must have a valid e-mail address. One prize will be rewarded as listed in rule #4.

4. Prizes, Odds: (One Grand Prize) A $500 donation in the name of Go! Appraisals, Inc. to the winner’s non-profit charity of choice. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Arrangements for delivery of prize will be performed after winner validation. Limit one Grand Prize winner. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email or mail or telephone. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

5. General Rules: All federal, state and local laws apply. Potential winner (or winners' parent/legal guardian, if any winner is a minor) may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of attempted delivery or prize will be forfeited. The return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable or failure to return any documents in a timely manner may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be chosen. By participating, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Promotion Parties from and against any and all liability or damages associated with this Promotion or acceptance, use or misuse of any prize received in this Promotion. Promotion Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer or administration of the Promotion. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ names and likenesses for purposes of advertising and publicity without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and decisions of Go! Appraisals, Inc., which shall be final in all matters relating to the Promotion. Promotion Parties are not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion, or by any human, or other error, which may occur in this Promotion. If, in the Judging Agency's sole opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the Promotion, including without limitation, any fraud in voting, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Promotion, the Judging Agency reserves the right to void suspect entries and/or modify and/or terminate the Promotion and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all known eligible non-suspect entries received. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries made will be declared made by the name appearing on the entry form at the time of initial registration. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Promotion or Website or acts in a disruptive manner. This Promotion is offered only in the United States and is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. By entering, entrants irrevocably consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Arizona located in the county of Maricopa for any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Promotion.

6. Waiver: By participating in this Promotion, participant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, attorneys’ fees or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to participate.

7. Winners’ List: To receive a copy of the Winners’ List for this Promotion (available after 9/5/07), mail a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to be received by 10/01/07 to: Winner's List, Go! Appraisals, Inc. Grand Opening Celebration, 38327 N. 15th Ave., Desert Hills, AZ, 85086.
